@drumming cruisers FYI

" The Transition to Complimentary Dining

The change was first reported by passengers aboard the first Norwegian Getaway sailing of the new year.

Soon, word came down from Norwegian Cruise Line that the change would be made at all American Diner’s across the fleet, with Norwegian Escape being the next to make the change as of January 6th.

Passengers sailing on Norwegian Bliss, Breakaway, and Encore will enjoy free bites at the diner starting January 7. The final ship to offer the complimentary American Diner experience will be Norwegian Joy, with the surcharge disappearing on February 13. "

Back to a fantastic review

We are doing this same excursion next week. Glad to hear you had fun! Curious if there is a restroom on the boat?

Yes but it’s a ship’s head so you can’t throw the TP in and and you must pump to flush. No big deal if you’re used to small boats. We did not have a problem with it at all.

We were able to grab the first gender out this morning but coming back is a cluster unless you are in the Haven. We waited an hour in line. Never happened on Princess but their tenders are bigger.

What time were you trying to board.  Ugh…

Hey @HBCcruiser loving your review!!  Doing this same cruise with family in March.  A few q’s for you and thanks for any input!!  Have your same “haven light” plan in mind…
- Do you think the upgraded drink package was worth it? do you find the higher end wine by the glass available?  My husband just won’t drink cheap red.  I’m much more forging with whites!  He also likes high end bourbons and whiskey.  On MSC, they always “poured down” - never having the high end inventory… your experience?
- how was upgraded wifi?  I’ve heard you say it’s not great- I’ll have to check in with work throughout…

- how about about Vibe?  We’re huge fans from previous pre-pandemic cruises but the price is much higher.  Did you find time to use it? Worth it?

thanks again- really enjoying your trip!!

The horseback riding excursion was fun. It was a perfect sunny day. They had a free tequila tasting where we ended up buying the amaretto and cafe tequila. It was so good! IMG_5027.thumb.jpeg.d828dfee1fcd9114b932add647d90b55.jpeg

Around 4:45 PM.

We have a modified itinerary and we hit Cabo last from 6:45 am to 2 pm.  Imagine anything after 11 reboarding will be a bear…

That totally sucks! Why is NCL doing all these short weird timed port calls? Not worth it IMO.

Question, is anyone in the original (before being reclassified) Club Suite Spa Balcony? Are they honoring the Spa Pass if you booked before Oct?

Thank you

Yes they are.

Last night we all ate together in Savor then went to the Glow party. For Bruce lovers Le Bistro serves it by the glass and it’s free with P+.
We had a few glasses at the bar there before heading to dinner. IMG_5056.thumb.jpeg.dd07c57200e7088f28c7e877eaf5f1ea.jpeg

First, thanks for all the "live" information. Would love someone in the Haven now on Bliss to post photos of the wine list,\ in the Haven, regular and premium.  We have the upgraded package and sailing in a couple weeks. Thanks

We were supposed to go to Stone Island today but everyone wanted to sleep in. Due to late night shenanigans so we hired a few drivers in those carts and tooled around Mazatlan for a few hours.

From what I remember from my other Haven cruises it’s the same list. Premium plus is premium plus. They just have access to all of the wines. No need to hop around.
