Been one year since we cruised with Princess. Found out yesterday that you can’t hold a cabin for 24 hours anymore and that you have  to download an app to get stockholder credit. Anything  we should know?

FCD only last a year now.

Since when? That’s awful. Not everyone can or will cruise once a year.

I noticed the change in October 23.

It’s a book by not sail by, if unused you’ll get it back.

I did my stock credit this week without any phones or app. Email SBPCL@Princesscruises.com and they will tell you to scan a copy of your latest statement and give your name, date of sailing and booking number. They said next month they will roll out a web version for getting the stock OBC.

Nice! (But I'm not going to hold my breath expecting it to work for a while!)
