tizbo1423 Posted February 3 #1 Share Posted February 3 I'm sailing on March 3 with a group of 9 (including a toddler) and was hoping I could make reservations for the Main Dining room for a few nights, but it seems that reservations are not offered? Or maybe I need to wait to be checked in? Does anyone know if reservations are at all offered for the main dining rooms? I want to avoid having long waits by just showing up and needing a table for 9. Anyone else travel in larger groups and have any trouble getting tables? mjkacmom Posted February 3 #2 Share Posted February 3 You can make a reservation. Our family of 7 (so an 8 top) never made reservations and were seated quickly, you probably want to stick with the larger MDR.
2ndhoney Posted February 3 #3 Share Posted February 3 I did a family cruise last year with 9 people. One of us upon boarding went to the dining room and spoke to the hostess and she ended up putting all of us at a 10 top but at a fixed dining time for the entire cruise. It worked out fine. delaware32 Posted February 3 #4 Share Posted February 3 We usually call our PCC and he goes into our booking and makes the reservation for the large group at the MDR we request.
IAcruising Posted February 3 #5 Share Posted February 3 It seems that NCL is not allowing MDR reservations by app or online (for at least some cruises). For our cruise in 60-days, I couldn't make an online reservation, but I could via chat.
