Main Dining room reservations for 9?

 Share

Recommended Posts

I'm sailing on March 3 with a group of 9 (including a toddler) and was hoping I could make reservations for the Main Dining room for a few nights, but it seems that reservations are not offered? Or maybe I need to wait to be checked in?

Does anyone know if reservations are at all offered for the main dining rooms? I want to avoid having long waits by just showing up and needing a table for 9. Anyone else travel in larger groups and have any trouble getting tables?

I did a family cruise last year with 9 people. One of us upon boarding went to the dining room and spoke to the hostess and she ended up putting all of us at a 10 top but at a fixed dining time for the entire cruise. It worked out fine.

It seems that NCL is not allowing MDR reservations by app or online (for at least some cruises). For our cruise in 60-days, I couldn't make an online reservation, but I could via chat.
