Do they still sell these?

I just broke my wife's by accident and she loves to use it on board.

 

If so I guess there is no way to order one?

They offer them for sale onboard.  You can always pick one up on eBay if you’d like.

they do still sell them but they're only available onboard or like @Ranyw said on eBay. you can get the same exact thing but without the Carnival logo from Oriental Trading most likely.
