The logo merch is rough. I was planning on buying a NCL hat, but there’s not one. I’m gonna get a fridge magnet, but the majority of the gear is this “Hooked on Cruising” stuff which is not for me

I will say that a year ago today (thanks memories!) I was on Carnival Glory and it was conference tournaments all day long and a fun, rowdy scene. Sport24 ain’t it. Let’s upgrade that.

We have the Swift menu, but we don’t have Swift. I ordered some room service. He said 30-45. Then he called back and said they don’t have Coke Zero. So now we wait. We’re 12 in.

I miss Food Network right now. Do the newer ships get anything besides in house and news channels?

i got a burger, which was dumb, because a) it was too much and b) they didn’t bring any condiments so it was bone dry. Had a bite and moved on. 
 

 

the spaghetti bolognese was the highlight, this actually tasted way way better than it looks!

Bed beckons. A good day. A full day. This is a lousy pic but it’s from my porthole right now and I like it. Freeport tomorrow - my de facto sea day. Not sure if the pools will cooperate, but we’ll sleep in and assess the situation thoroughly

Also, let me just say - the AC in here works WELL. I’m downright chilly in a cruise ship cabin, and that doesn’t happen often

I would love that drink.  I’m a sucker for the habanero infused vodka.  Any drink with that vodka in it is right up my alley.

Just woke up at 3:30… had a nightmare about my first period on Monday…. Need to block that out a little longer… back to bed, and 3:52 heard my AC cut off completely. We still have power, but it’s the first time I’ve heard/experienced that….

It’s eerie how quiet and smooth this has been. I realize it’s a short route at low speed, but I wouldn’t know I’m at sea if you didn’t tell me. No movement, no vibration, no hangers clacking. Other than when we docked in Nassau, I’ve never heard or felt a thing. And now that it’s near silent, I just heard my neighbor cough, which is the first time I’ve heard anything from either side.
