w53097 Posted March 28 #1 Share Posted March 28 I'm curious if anyone has recently tried the new Chef's table on the Venezia for the enhanced price of $150 p/p? If so, what was your experience, and did you feel the extra $$$ was worth it? I've done the $100 "regular" Chef's table on other ships and it has always been a good experience & worth the price IMO. w53097 Posted March 28 Author #4 Share Posted March 28 It is listed in the description when I go to my cruise planner. I know there can be better wine at the Chef's table but I can hardly tell the difference after the 2nd....3rd glass. 🙂

Rare shof515 Posted March 28 #6 Share Posted March 28 on the venezia, the chef table is located inside the galley. maybe due to its location, it causes the price to increase?
cacruisin Posted March 28 #7 Share Posted March 28 It's just a way to make more money and get people to pay for chefs table again who have already done it before assuming it will be different. I assume it will include higher end wine and maybe some higher end food items as well.
TrqoisWtrs Posted March 28 #8 Share Posted March 28 I personally wasn't impressed when I did the Chef's Table on Mardi Gras...I think it was the second sailing. Wanted to try it since it was a new menu, but I didn't feel it was worth the price then, especially since we got Cupcake wine. Definitely can't see paying $150. edspec Posted March 28 #9 Share Posted March 28 @TrqoisWtrs I wouldn't be happy with Cupcake wine either.
