Can someone please explain how the points in the casino works? Ive seen somewhere it says points reset at the end of each cruise...then I saw where it says something about Apr 1- March 31. Thank You

April 1 each year.  Get 1000 points by then for Prime (free drinks and inside cabin free offer).  Points don't reset each cruise, although you do get credits during the cruise that have to be used on that cruise.  As I recall, $5/pt slots, $10/pt for video poker (might be $7), whatever the pit boss decides for table games.

Yes.  And as soon as you get to 2500 you start getting the Prime perks and then you are also Prime for the following year.  So go on a cruise that starts this Monday April 1 with no prior casino member level and get 2500 points that night, you are now Prime for the rest of this casino year and also through March 31 2025.  The annual free cruise for Prime is in an inside cabin, 7 nights or less.  There are blackout dates.

Yes, but if you achieve Prime status by accumulating 2500 points over multiple cruises, you will not get a complimentary Prime (tier) cruise until April 2025.  You can qualify for a complimentary cruise on any individual cruise (if you earn the required points) but your tier comp cruise will not be available until the following year. It’s not as complicated as it sounds…but it can be confusing.

Since they would be reaching Prime in the casino year 4/1/24-3/31/25--wouldn't they be prime through 3/31/26 and not 2025?

Yes.  My mistake. Make Prime after April 1, 2024 and you are good until March 31, 2026.

You don’t need to be gambling to get free drinks in the casino once you are Prime or above.

The slot machines do have to be on, though. Don't assume just because the casino bar is open that the casino is open!

You also get get perks on points earned during a sail.
