I doubt if there is such an email address. Even those in suites who are contacted by a short site concierge find that their requests don’t always get transferred to the ship.

Unless you are in an upper suite you have virtually no chance of getting a pre-cruise request fulfilled. Unless it's something that can be booked and paid for ahead of time or a situation that special needs handles, this isn't something Celebrity does.
