New C&A phone system ... Not liking it

Just called in to (800) 526-9723 to change/ update our amenities for upcoming cruise, and was disappointed to get redirected/ answered by a robot (without any option to press #9 as a Pinnacle)... Bunch of questions that didn't speed up the process. 10 minute hold time and then had to repeat my name and C&A number again. I don't see how this is an improvement?

We recently opted to change our amenity once onboard with the LA...pretty easy.

That is what I do as well.  And half the time they send us the wrong wine, which I bring to the LA and ask them to switch it out.   If out of stock...it's my preference to choose another...not the beverage department.

My request is white, but I constantly get a red and a white.  I visit the LA and he/she takes corrective action.  One time they left the red and gave me an additional white.  Go figure.

 

I called Royal yesterday to request an e-bill of my expenditure on recent Anthem sail and was asked by an automated voice the reason for my call.
