Does anyone know how to contact concierge before boarding on a specific ship…Icon?

I don't believe there is a direct line to the ship specifically, but I think there is a general email that goes shoreside.

The concierge will contact you. They're not supposed to answer emails from guests who haven't yet been sent their email.

Sounds like they are asking about the concierge in the Crown lounge and not the suite lounge.  They won't contact you.
