Where can I find an updated wine list.

You can't.  The list varies by bar and restaurants.  You can't even get the labels for the plus package except Canyon Road.  Most have Silverado and other decent wines available on the premier package. And don't expect room service to have anything good.

Also, availability varies as many have reported the ship is ‘out’ of a wine on the list and there can be others available not on the list. Wines available under ‘Plus’ are generic and only give varietal such as Cab, Chardonnay, etc. You will need Premier or pay higher than Plus option if you want to know particulars like which supplier/winery.

 

Supplies can run out so even asking from current sailings can give inaccurate information. You can ask for screenshots from current ship/sailings to give you a general ideal if that will satisfy you.

 

If you are looking at what is available by the bottle, this also varies by venue, with some specialty restaurants having different selection as well if the ship has a ‘Vines’.

We did a B2B over New Years.  About 1/3 of the wines by the glass changed from day 1 to day 22.  Lots of substitutions starting about day 10.  Would find a nice $15 a glass red and the next day it was gone.
