Edge Class Main Dining Room Question

I just saw a Youtube video that showed through the app, no matter which dining room you are in, Cyprus, Cosmopolitan, Tuscan, or Normandy, I can order off the other restaurant's menu this way I can maintain the same waiter and table throughout the cruise.

 

With that, which of these four is known for the best service?  We are also hoping for a two top, not to be anti-social, but because our personal schedules at home prohibits us from dining together very often.

 

Our first X cruise was in 2022 on Solstice and the waiter kept tripping over himself to get us to his table.  He was great.

No issue getting a 2 top.  I can't say which had/will have better service over another...they were all great...but YMMV.

We have gone to various MDR on the E-class.  We have been treated well by staff in each dining room.  I do like moving around and taking in the different themes in each restaurant.

We were on the Apex last year.  Our first dining room was Normandy at a 2 top.  We kept going back about the same time and they sat us same table every night except one night.
