Booking dining for a group

There will be 3 rooms of people (total of 7 people) traveling together on our cruise.  I can't figure out how to book dining so we can sit and eat together.  Can anyone help?  Thanks.

You should be able to add everyone’s booking number as cruise companions and book MDR that way

Open the app and go to “Reserve Dining”  then click on the dining room you want to reserve to start a new reservation. Then click on the little pencil icon next to your photo. Then click on the plus sign in the upper right corner of the screen; this will bring up a box where you can add their booking numbers so you can add them to the reservation.

Thank you for the help.  Every dining room for every day and time says "No available time slots for this date". I'm hoping things will be easier once on board?

@happy2bee  When is your cruise?  They are changing the dining rooms to include different dining types (i.e. traditional, anytime, reservations) for cruises that sail after mid Sept. (don’t remember exact date).  You can’t book these until June 17th.  
If it’s before that period then you can wait and discuss with a dining room manager on the first day if you continue to have problems.  It may be because you are booking for a large group and there are no large tables available in the app.  This does not mean you won’t get one once on board.

Thanks did this added everyone in our party of 12 but now it shows no time slots available.  Is that due to having 12 people?

Probably.  They don’t have tables for 12.  We squeezed 10 once years ago but they had to make a special table top.  Two tables for 6 in the same section would be the way to go.  This would need to be requested on board.  There isn’t a way to do it on the app.

There is no such thing as. 12 person table best to break it up

Yes that’s the reason, no tables for 12.  You will need to break your group up into two tables to make the reservation. Then when you go to the dining room the first night you can let them know you want to be seated at 2 tables near each if possible.
