Incredibly frustrating how do I purchase internet only?

I am trying to purchase internet only/no plus or premier package and cannot find where to do that within my reservation.  I spoke to someone on chat and she literally would not answer my question.  Does anyone know how to do this?  We have sailed princess before and I don’t remember them being so not user friendly.  We usually sail other lines and they are far easier to deal with.  I feel like nothing is intuitive on Princess.  I resize it is probably just me, but I cannot figure out how to do anything on their app either.  Thanks

You’ll find it on the Princess app’s first page. After clicking on your “VIEW WIF-FI PLANS” option you’ll see your options & can purchase it there.

This is not on the website, you will need to use the App, as demonstrated above.  If you don’t want to download the App, you can ask your TA or CVP to purchase it for you.  My CVP would no it if I needed them to.

 

If you booked directly with PCL, they could assist, but many of them are not trained properly.

 

Or, you can purchase it once OB. NP.

What is the cost of wifi if purchased onboard.? We only need it for one of us.

It is the same price 25.00 a day for one device whether you purchase before cruise or on board that price is for one device at a time so you can share devices but must log off to switch between devices.  I would suggest you download the princess app before your cruise you can also make dinner reservations and book excursions and close to your cruise under journey view you can see the daily ship schedule.

If you wait until you board the charge will net against any OBC.
