I’ve attached my trade confirmation once in the past and received my OBC.

Scan and attach the page from a recent monthly brokerage statement that notes your holdings.

I apply for cruises as far out as 2 years.   They apply it and never ask to re-submit.   Since I don't actively trade in the account that holds my share I only get a quarterly statement.    I usually submit for all bookings right after I get a fresh statement.

 

I'm sure confident  purchase  confirmation will work.

Used online submission, sent in request on Thursday along with my June 30 investment statement. On Sunday, I received confirmation of SHC for all 6 of our cruises, starting October 2024 on Millennium, through to B2B Transatlantic on Odyssey October 2025. 3 day turnaround including Saturday and Sunday.

I just submitted my info online.  Wow, was that easy!

 

I fully expect to be denied for my sailings due to being casino offers, but you never know. It's 100% no if you don't ask!

I'm pleased, and rather surprised, to report that at 2:40 am this morning, I received two emails.  One confirming $50 OBC for my 5-night Reflection sailing; the other confirming $100 OBC for my 6-night Beyond sailing.

 

I really didn't expect them to be approved.  I only paid to the discounted 2nd person fare (my fare was free).  But I'll certainly take it.  As I said, you never know!

 

I do not see the OBC added in My Planner.  Even it if shows up later, I'll print the em confirmations.  I hate having to print things and carry them when traveling, but I just know the one time I don't take "evidence" of something is the time there will be no record of it when I board.

We always take paper copies of everything - cruise invoice, OBC approval, Select Dining bookings (at least for the first night) Set Sail Pass, etc.

I use to do the same but now once it shows up on reservation I don' worry. 

 

As a backup I have all my e-mails backed up going back over 20 years.   Do to work life before I retired,  I wasn't permitted to delete e-mail due to various court litigation.  I was the one that prepped the weekly / monthly data points for the President and Board.  During many cases I couldn't even toss paper, notes etc as work product.

 

I'm so glad I' retired... Now I'm just discorganize....lol  Just ask Iain.

My experience over the past 2+ years reflects yours Jim_lain.  I used to email or fax with mixed results.  Using the onl\ine form has resulted in 100% success,

I'm a CPA (sadly, still working part-time at age 71 to pay for trips mostly, but also because I was a single mother and got a late start on retirement funding), so I'm still all about having backup documentation for everything.  For some reason, emails that I have in separate folders on my computer don't show up on my phone, and I have a separate email folder for every cruise going back about 15 years (so there are quite a few).  That's why I print the essential docs.

 

But I'm perfectly happy submitting the info online.  That was a breeze!
