I was just thinking of the Amsterdam. I have two friends who leave on her tomorrow. thank you so much for the quick post; I now know that they will be having a great cruise, their first time on HAL. I was a bit nervous since I've been talking it up including the Panama Canal. :)

We would like to hear EVERY detail too, since we will be boarding her in Auckland, N.Z. Nov. 24. There had been reports of some problems. Glad to hear it sounds like all went well for you.

would also love to hear about the cruise since we leave on Dec 9 for a partial Panama Canal visit ! our first 10 day cruise ....
