LuvBNatC Posted May 9, 2007 #12 Share Posted May 9, 2007 Five. Now that NCL has gone Freestyle, Royal is my favorite. But I'd also like to try Celebrity, Princess, and Cunard.
The Big Booper Posted May 9, 2007 #13 Share Posted May 9, 2007 I am showing my 'stupidity" but was the big red boat Disney or Carnival with a Disney theme? The Big Red Boat was Premier (Dolphin) Cruises licensed to use the characters. When Disney started it's own line, obviously the lic. were pulled in house. cruise_lover Posted May 9, 2007 #16 Share Posted May 9, 2007 Carnival Conquest - September 2005 - Hurricane Katrina closed the Port of New Orleans so we left from the Port of Galveston. While on this cruise we spent 2 extra days at sea because Hurricane Rita closed the Port of Galveston. Norwegian SUN - January 2007 - While on this cruise we ran into the same weather that produced tornados in Central Florida. Our ship was rocking and rolling so much some people told us they wore their life vests to bed. And, other people told us they were literally rolled out of their beds. Royal Caribbean - Voyager of the Seas - coming up January 2008. I wonder what our weather will be like this time. Maybe snow in the Western Caribbean????
