We had a blast!

Our first cruise, Pacific Northwest, Oct 26-29. We had so much fun, haven't been able to post as 1 hr off ship we found out we had a nephew in ICU the result of a terrible auto accident the previous Saturday, and with work. Will write some detail this weekend.

Planning our next cruise, 'nuf said?? :D

Thanks for the warm wishes. My nephew was moved out of ICU onto the regular floor on Monday, he is slowly impoving. His girlfriend was released Monday morning. His friend who got his scalp ripped off his skull to his ears, got sewed up and left the hospital. Nephews girlfriend broke 3 ribs and bruised everything, pretty much. Nephew, had internal bleeding, very serious problems with pancrease and spleen. ripped his face up pretty good, including his lip off his jaw. He also is bruised everywhere, the pain meds made him itch, so hubby was itching his back, and I couldn't believe the size and amount of bruises on him. They truely are lucky to be alive. The accident was caused by a car that was comming towards them, and swirved into their lane, they went off the road, rolled down an embankment, then wrapped the truck around a tree. The other car must have stopped, as they all remember hearing a girl yealling if they were ok, but then it left. The friend who got his skull injured, was able to get out of the truck and flag down someone to help. Nephew and girl friend had to be cut out of the truck.
