I vote for the turq one.. because of a couple things, the time of year you are going i think the lighter would be good. Turq is a hot color this year and with blonde hair and light eyes it will be gorgeous on you.

This dress is very stunning. With your blond hair and light eys the Royal Blue is best and will be more of an impact. I am also blond with light green eyes and royal blue - that is the color you want. The red looks more orange red and would not be a good color for you at all. The turquoise one would also work but royal blue will stand out better.
