What exactly is the Women's Bicep Competition and who normally wins (i.e. most attractive, silly or actual biggest bicep, etc.?)

Our friend won last year in the Mariner. I don’t think her biceps were the only thing the judges were looking at. She is pretty, fit and has a lovely figure.

On one of the cruises I was on, a young girl won who clearly didnt have large biceps, because all of the judges were with her party.

The woman that won the contest while we were on the Mariner definitely had the largest though I never noticed her biceps.:eek: :cool: ;) :D

The best bicep contest we ever saw was back in 2006 on the Splendour. A lady who could be considered the "Grand Dame" of the Red Hat Society gathering onboard that week was the winner...it was a blast!

Go and check out the competition. You never know from ship to ship and CD to CD how a competition is going to be run. Don't let my post discourage you!
