Future cruise deposit

We are sailing for the first time on Carnival, do they have a similar program to Princess where you give them 100.00 for a future cruise and that becomes your deposit when you actually book and also gives you on board credits. Thanks for your help. Fiona

Can't speak for other ships but, the Legend offered such a deal last Sept.

You have to make your deposit prior to a specific day and time. They were very strict about the deadline. We missed by 10 minutes and it was a "no deal".

They offered deposits of $100 and $100 OBC with 1 year to actually book the cruise. We are on the Imagination next Thursday and will NOT miss the deadline if the program is offered again. Sure hope so!

Actually we bought them on the Liberty in June and Legend in Nov 07. $100 that goes to your deposit and an OBC depending on the length of the cruise. The one we bought on the Legend was only good for 18months hence our Splendor cruise in May. The one we bought on the Liberty is good for 5 years.
