Owen Posted December 28, 2004 #1 Share Posted December 28, 2004 Due to MalDebarktion Syndrome, I'll never risk another cruise. The one cruise we did take was to Alaska aboard the Sapphire. We were on the second sailing. We have a wonderful albumn of pictures and all the Princess Patters. It was an once in a life time experience, and I'm so thankful I was able to cruise once. For anyone thinking of booking a cruise on the Sapphire to Alaska, get a balcony. We were on the Caribe Deck, and spent many hours watching the scenery. Happy New Year ! Owen Owen - I am glad that you were able to enjoy your Alaskan cruise (Alaska is so beautiful). I am so sorry that after the cruise, the side effects were bad that you are unable to cruise again. I just read up on MalDebarktion Syndrome and it is sad that this condition exists. I am glad that you can look back at your cruise and remember the memories. Maybe a land trip to Alaska is in order.
