Every time I visit Alaska or see pictures of that magical place, I repeat it in my head: Than you, Bill Seward, you're my hero. Alaska folly, indeed!

I saw that and I assumed it was a computer glitch. Is it ethical to book a "0" fare knowing well that it's a mistake? Very few things in life are free and certainly cruising is not.

Following you with bated breath. Onward to Alaska in three weeks! Hope you find the Aurora Borealis.

Auckland looks lovely. Several years ago, we stayed in Auckland for 4 - 5 days and I remember saying that within an hour, it was sunny, then it rained, then the atrocious wind picked up and after that it was freezing. Variety is the spice of life but that was too much. The Kiwis are so friendly and helpful.

You dragged the California sunshine to Sydney. Thus, we ended up with snow in the Laguna mountains. Have a fabulous trip.
