sorry I was not clear. I totally understand FL is part of US but I have 2 folks in my party who are not US citizens.. I was checking just out of abundance of caution.

The answers so far are incorrect. Yes, they need to take them. Pier security in KW makes you show both your ship card and photo ID to get out to the ship.
