Sandal Factory store

Anyone ever shop at the " sandal factory store " ? any was it worth it ? How far from the dock ?

Yes it is an easy walk from the pier.

Trying to think of the name Kino's comes to mind, but not positive. Just down the street from Hog's Breath in a little plaza.

That is correct, Kino's Sandals on Fitzpatrick St just behind Hog's Breath Saloon.

I have a pair of sandals I got there 5 or 6 years ago, and love them! They are all leather, and totally "made in the USA!"

I had forgotten about it. Now I'm adding that to our 'to do list' for Key West. :)

Got a black pair 7 years ago and still wear them alot - they don't look it and are super comfortable with the "string" between the toes. ($10 then). Going back in October and will get another pair.

Been there a few times. Not all of the employees are helpful. So, step back and work with someone who is patient.

I was told they did not have what I wanted in stock...left....returned only to have another person reach into a bin and get me exactly what I had asked for in the first place.

I know they can get busy - but BUSY is a GOOD thing not a bad thing.

oooooo I love Kino Sandals. I bought 3 pair when we were in Key West in March. I have worn them just about every day this summer :p

ooooppps one more thing. It is kinda hard to find because it it tucked back in a little corner of the Kino Shopping Plaza. It is right next door to the Hogs Breath Saloon retail store

When we were there we couldn't get ANYONE to wait on us as they were so busy. Never did get a pair. maybe someday.

Does the store have the hair batteries that are shown on their website? Are they nice? They are only a few dollars online, so I wonder about the quality.
