FYI if you are diamond you can get on first tender. Didn't realize it but went early to get tender tickets. We were in 2nd tender.

I'm on Jewel (again) next week. I prepaid $20 for Giovannis and $28 for Chops.

On board they wanted $29 and $35.

The restaurants were never full, and they always had tables set up outside the WJ trying to get business with a 30% discount.

You can do the math as to $29 + 22% - 30% = [emoji848]$24.77 I think!

The food in WJ on this trip is of a much higher standard than three weeks ago. The salads are in little dishes, and the burgers are made up.

The presentation and choice of canapés at the D/D+ private sail away party was also outstanding

Lots of good reading thank you. Could anyone let me know if there is a special teens Compass and if they have been on the Jewel with teenagers. We're on the July 8th 2018 sailing.

Wish I could still be with you all, but had to cancel so there will be 2 less on the mix and mingle. Have to have chemo instead of cruise-will try for same cruise next year

We were on Jewel this past May and the cable car lineup to come down wasn't too bad.. a few minutes wait. I believe we were the only ship in port that day.

That would be a safe assumption. And if there are other ships scheduled to be there, you could research their size and times at the port. We had three the day we were there, but the other two were quite small (one was Windstar) and another didn’t arrive until later than us.
