What does a taxi cost to go from the cruise pier to Eagle Beach or Palm Beach?

Yes it is per taxi and that is the way I would go.

To get a taxi for pickup, head to the entrance of any hotel where the bellman can phone for one for you.

OR

Head to any beachside bar or restaurant and ask them to call a taxi for you.

OR

PRE-arrange for a taxi driver to (return) to pick you up.

FYI the bus from downtown to Eagle Beach (La Cabana Resort) cost my wife and me $5.20. We just got back from our stay in Aruba. Eagle Beach was very nice.
