Freedom of the seas heading back to Pt Caniveral

We are at Cocoa Beach and saw the Freedom of the Seas leave. Apparently it has turned around and heading back to Pt Caniveral.

Seems to happen about half the departures lately.

Getting close to the jetty. Hope nothing too serious.

The webcam have moved the cam to the ocean now.

pulled up port webcam as she was pulling in. hope they get this out of their systems in the next 18 weeks....I'll be on her in 19 weeks.

We're supposed to be cruising on this ship in two weeks. Is this a regular occurrence? Is something going on with the ship?

They need to rename it Medic of the Seas.

99.9% of the time they return because of a medical emergency not ship problems.

She is still docked if I am looking at correct web cam

It returned 2 weeks ago. And later in the cruise it made a stop near Key West for a boat to come pick somebody up.

She's moving now! Hope all is well.

Tia at the Port Canaveral Webcam said there was a medical emergency. :(

Freedom was tied up at the temporary berth between Jetty Park and the casino boat. She has just started moving, however, and is likely going to use the turning basin, and then head back out.

Oddly enough I was just surfing websites and wondered why a ship was just leaving port and I found you guys.

My question is - where is everyone on this ship? Usually you'd see a bunch of people watching from their balconies or the decks, yet I don't see many people.

Probably eating dinner or at shows. I'm guessing leaving the second time isn't quite as interesting as the first time.
