Just returned from the Quest 12th June 14

Hi everyone

Just returned from the wonderful Quest and wanted to say a big thank you to one and all. We had a great time once again and hope everyone arrived home safe & sound.

We never managed to get to the meet & mingle, but we were pleasantly surprised to see a number of repeat passengers. Malcolm (who forgot to pack undies) Sue who is usually found on the dance floor. To all our newly acquainted drinking buddies in the casino and windows café. To the guest entertainer Siobhan who certainly entertained us both on and off stage. To David the hypnotist who managed to let me forget my name and mobile.

Last but not least, To Captain Jose, Ryszard, the officers and the wonderful crew of the Azamara Quest thank you, we had a blast.

Good to hear you enjoyed your cruise. After a gap of 4 years we are returning to Quest in two weeks and very much looking forward to it

I have recently returned from a lovely cruise on Journey but IMO Quest is best!

I have been on both. I love to know why to you Quest is better.My favorite CD is on Quest but i have great memeories of Journey.

I would not hesitate to sail on Journey again but I found it a little more subdued than Quest.

Our one sea day was very windy and there was very little going on during the day whereas on Quest there was lots to do if we chose to.

But I think it all comes down to personal taste. Both ships are little gems. For me, Quest just sparkles a little more.

I'm so glad you enjoyed your cruise! Quest is my favorite, thanks in no small part to the lively and personable Captain Jose and his wonderful officers and crew. I will agree with Hazel that Journey is very nice but Quest does indeed sparkle just a little bit more. No wonder you had a blast (we did too ;)).

My first cruises was on the Journey wih Johaness and Eric. I feel that carl and Johaness are about egual but Russ is the best CD. Food wise and butler wise about the same too.

I have been bored on both ships as i am not a big gamer and never paly bingo. I did get involve in some trivia in S America too.I also think the DJ makes a huge difference.
