401 days until I'm in the Garden Villa

With my girls from cruise critic. The anticipation is killing me. I did get to meet some in person over the weekend and it was great.

I'm so ready for that cruise.

We will be on the Gem. There are 15 of us in BOTH garden villas. Wish they connected but we will have a ball

OMG - It seems so far away. I just finished booking another cruise in October. I have 4 now I'm waiting on. There is someone on my June cruise on the Gem in our GV and I'm hoping they'll let me in to take a peek.

I have 3 including ours but will probably book a carnival one with the comp I have maybe for my husbands birthday I'll surprise him with it.

Besides the beautiful rooms, the thing I liked the most was having dinner every evening on our patio served to us....Each morning our butler brought the menus we wanted and we pre ordered and he delivered and served us there. It was nice as my adult kids sometimes just got out of the shower and still had wet hair but could just come out to the patio and eat......Every evening we pre ordered breakfast from Cagney's and had it scheduled for a certain time as well - it was heaven

Sounds like I won't be needing any evening clothes to go to the specialty restaurants. That means, bathing suite/coverup, casino clothes and their bathrobe! A couple pair of flip flops and I'm good! Sounds good to me! LOL

We had the Garden Villa on the Gem 10 day Feb 27-March 9. We have always cruised only in the Haven but this was BEYOND our wildest dreams. We had it for a one night cruise to nowhere, but 10 days was amazing.

I will go check out CAS now. I haven't been on carnival in a while but I do like the fact they have more to do during the day by the pool. They do have ncl beat there.

Carnival's E, Caribbean is Freeport, Grand Turk and 1/2 Moon Cay.

So glad you guys got both GV's filled. I know you all will have an awesome time!
