For breakfast on the Seascape, we had made-to-order omelets. But I was always very dismayed at how "messy"/unsanitary the cooking area looked (every day). The cooks never bothered to clean the mess. And the hollandaise sauce for the Eggs Benedict was "lumpy" every day (e.g., scrambled eggs - a culinary school 101 failure) For dinner, I don't remember made-to-order pasta. A lot of pre-made stuff

My only comment is that if you are visiting churches during your travels, you will need to cover your knees and shoulders. I can be a scarf you pull out (for men and women) and wrap around. Others may be more helpful. -
The "challenge" is that MSC does not run the screening at your embarkation port. It is rent-a-cop port personnel (both at the security checkpoint and in luggage screening). Most keep their jobs by not letting stuff get by. You will get a few "sleeping at the screens" who really don't give a hoot.

Crew areas. Some berthing. Some areas which have work going 24/7. Some areas which are busy and noisy when the ship is docking and setting gangways early in the morning. As you say, you really can't tell. But no stateroom on the ship is dead silent at night. Just like no hotel room in any hotel is dead silent at night. You'll be fine. Enjoy your cruise!

Neither change was NCL’s fault. Stuff happens. Being in port is better than being at sea (at least for us).
