On QM2, we're always on Deck 9. Nothing wrong with it. Lifeboats are well below you and do not obstruct any views. If they've offered you a Q4, bite their hand off!

There is a third tier. That's where the watercolour art classes are held.

No music or piped music in any restaurant. Occasionally, the harpist will play at the entrance to the Britannia. Prior to Covid, in the QG lounge on QM2, there used to be concerts for Grills pax which were not advertised anywhere else except on the QG and PG tables. They removed the grand piano and stopped the concerts. Shame.

Never heard of that happening before. It's not like an aeroplane that gets regularly oversold to compensate for "no shows". If all the rooms are booked then there should be zero "no shows". Something is definitely not right.

You can drop off your luggage any time after 11:00am. Actual boarding times vary. It can start as early as midday, or like last year, we had to wait until 1:00pm. The boarding order is QG, PG, Club, Diamond, Platinum then by letter ( A, B, C etc) or by order of arriving.

In QG it changes every week.

I wonder how long they will last.

On the other ships, roulette minimum is $1. Seems a bit of a jump.
