  1. If there is an essential that I must have, whether on a cruise, or back when I was working, I bring it myself. And yes, I do get your sense of humor!
  2. Couldn't agree with you more! By chance on your Mexican Riviera cruise, could that have been a 10 day in May? That's the one I was on.
  3. Got it, thanks, just assumed anything dining related had to go thru the app. I noticed there is not an option for delivery times. I guess you arrange that once on board.
  4. Did you find it under DMW on the app? If so, I can't find anything for my upcoming 10/29 on the Discovery. Do you know if it's fleetwide or ship specific?
  5. I found my glasses from the 2017 eclipse in a drawer, but they are a little smudged, so I'll get a new pair just in case. I believe I got them at 7-Eleven and they are ISO certified.
  6. I love your handle! My first Sitmar cruise was on the Fairsky in 1985 with many more to follow! One of a kind, those were the days!
  7. Well, there's never one reason, but his self centered, ego-centric decision making definitely was part of it. Mind you, we had two kids under five at the time. Who in their right mind would have jalapenos on a pizza for pre-k kids???? Let's just say WW111 broke out! And my brother still talks about it!
  8. My ex-husband once brought home a pineapple and jalapeno pizza.....haha!
  9. I also had this happen to me and my CVP told me to ignore it. Eventually it went away.
  10. And the espressos and Americano's were very good as well.
  11. And most of the suites are already booked.
  12. You're across the hall from me, I got B428!
  13. Don't be discouraged, cabins turn over constantly! That's why I check my bookings everyday.
  14. Just noticed that you are also on the upcoming 10/29/22 Discovery cruise as well!
  15. Hope to meet you as I have enjoyed all of your reviews!
  16. I thought the prices were somewhat reasonable as well. Still much cheaper than 10 day Caribbean cruises.
  17. I looked at a variety of cabins just to see what was open, and I think your chances of getting what you want are pretty good!
  18. Don't know if this helps, but as of now my CVP told me that the isolation cabins on the Discovery are on Dolphin forward.
  19. I'm booked! And I got the cabin I wanted!
  20. I stayed in E409 on the Royal, quite large, and Astroflyer has pics of the room he stayed in, I'm sure when he reads this he will provide pics.
  21. The midship angled balconies are quite comfortable and large. The obstructed view deluxe balconies offer a bang for your buck, still the large balconies, but totally covered. However, those are usually on a guaranteed basis, so you won't know if you are getting one of the larger balconies til closer to boarding time.
