  1. Appreciate all the kind words. Participating on CC is one of the things I’ll miss the most!
  2. Glad to hear that, and thank you for the well wishes!
  3. Hi @flossie009 - I’m afraid that I can no longer provide you all with any assistance, as last month my time with Regent came to an end. It was my pleasure to help the CC community over these past 15 years, and I wish you all fair winds and following seas!
  4. The Brazilian government. 🙂 https://www.in.gov.br/en/web/dou/-/decreto-n-11.875-de-4-de-janeiro-de-2024-535758664
  5. Quick update for everyone following this closely - we were just notified from the Brazilian government that they have postponed the date the eVisa goes into effect to April 10th, so for any of you on a sailing between now and then, you can rest easy as the eVisa is no longer necessary!

  7. Greetings all - wanted to share the below for guests in the US, Canada and Australia that are experiencing issues with the process for applying for an e-Visa with Brazil. The first file below outlines what an acceptable photo looks like, and the second file may be uploaded to the application website in lieu of sending the banking documents. Further, if you have begun the application process and have been issued an application number, please provide Regent with that application number by sending it along with your full name and reservation number to RSSCOps@rssc.com as soon as possible. I'm afraid that is the extent of my knowledge on the subject, so if you have any further questions or need assistance, please reach out to our call center in your country. Thank you all, and Happy New Year! https://www.rssc.com/sites/default/files/2023-12/annex-a-photograph-guidelines.pdf https://www.rssc.com/sites/default/files/2023-12/cruise-line-declaration.pdf
  8. Are you referring to this form? https://www.rssc.com/about/contact Could you please send me an email at mmoore@rssc.com with a screen shot showing the error, as we are receiving numerous form submissions from that page. Apologies for the inconvenience and I'm happy to look into it for you.
  9. The link will appear as soon as shore excursions are built for those specific days in port. That generally happens about 365 days prior to the cruise, but from time-to-time it can be a little later.
  10. When looking at the itinerary (not from within My Account), click the link below:
  11. Apologies - we had to move the video, so it’s here now:
  12. Yes - please do that. This cruise is the first one where the app could be tested at full-scale, so appreciate your patience as whatever bugs are ironed out.
  13. We'll be sharing just as soon as we can. I don't have a specific day quite yet.
  14. The "if" is a yes, but I'm afraid right now I don't have a timeline for which ship will be second, or the rest of the fleet.
  15. Afraid I don't know what times were available for selection as part of Online Check-in. Generally after 11am is a safe bet.
  16. Ask and you shall receive! More details on other art pieces may be found here: https://www.rssc.com/news/details?newsid=294641
  17. Hi Eno-Bob - thank you for reaching out. The functionality vaires on a couple of different factors, but you are correct in most of your assumptions. There are two different "back-to-back" cruises as far as our reservations systems is concerned. Those that are published (such as the Grand Asia Exploration) and those that are created by individual guests, combining two (or more) regular voyages into a custom, longer sailing - such as you have done. For the latter, unfortunately the message that the reservatins system relays to the website is that there simply is no availability on the latter cruises' tours, which the website interprets as them being sold out. Each cruise has its own block of inventory for the tours, so I can assure you that it is not that the latter cruise's tours are all sold out, they simply aren't available yet to anyone on anything other than the Grand Asia Exploration. I certainly agree that the message is confusing and not accurate, and as we look to redesign this portion of the website next year, we'll do our best to come up with a way to isolate this scenario and provide a custom message.
  18. Generally two hours prior to sailing is the last time slot time that is available to select when doing Online Check-in.
  19. For the sake of clarity and to pull the curtain back a little - the boarding times available to choose from are setup based on a certain number of guests arriving during each block of time, to keep the boarding time as short as possible. If the time block fills up, it becomes unavailable in Online Check-in. If you arrive at the ship during a time outside of your boarding time, we will of course welcome you on (so long as it isn't too late) - there is just an increased risk that if too many guests do the same, everyone arriving at that time may start their cruise waiting in a bit longer line. But there is an actual reason why we do what we do. 🙂
  20. After you log in to My Account, click on the link for Online Check-in. The next-to-last section within Online Check-in will allow you to update your arrival time at the port so you may select a time that is more inline with your expected arrival.
  21. This is well beyond my area of expertise, but between required hardware, software and the people that are experienced with doing the installation - the current plan of having it completed fleet-wide before the end of next year is where we are...
