  1. That was actually an unrelated issue. As I’m out of office I wasn’t aware the reservations system was being temporarily taken offline as part of routine maintenance. It is back online now so you should be fine. My fault for not being aware of that but everyone should be good now.

  6. We generally try to have them up about 30 days prior to the beginning of the cruise. A few mid-December voyages should be up in the next couple of days. From time to time we don't get confirmation for something from local officials, so need to publish them later than that. When they are published we simultaneously send out an email with the same information, so you and/or your travel agent should receive that information to save you from checking the page multiple times every day.
  7. If the PDF isn’t available it means that tours haven’t been finalized for the voyage yet. We make every effort to have that done 365 days before the cruise sails, but in some rare instances we can’t get them done by that date. I’ll try to get an update for you on Monday.
  8. Hi Lonedaddy - seems that from the other comments above this isn't an issue related to the website, but that the tours weren't actually loaded yet. Apologies that we miscommunicated that. And just as an FYI, my screen name is @Mike Moore to save whoever poor mikemoore is. 🙂
  9. We currently do not have a way to book multiple suites into the same excursion, so as others have noted above, best to coordinate that by doing so at the same time.

Hi @pappy1022 - yes, we have made significant improvements as of a few months ago to the backend, with numerous guests since that time commenting that it was vastly improved and what used to take a very long time and was a frustrating experience now being done in just a matter of minutes. You shouldn't have any issues on your iPad, but please comment to this thread should you experience any problems. After you log-in to My Account and add your booking (you can do that now if you haven't already" there will be a link to reserve shore excursions for your booking.

  14. The link appears as soon as tours become available. Sometimes it is before 365 days, but usually it's not later than that. We've had some not finalized until inside of 365 days recently but make every effort to have them done by then.
  15. Just an FYI that Inspire Diagnostics does allow you to do all members in your party at the same time so long as they all fit on the screen at once.

To answer your hypothetical as best I can, if we had a cruise sailing roundtip Miami on September 8th, and the cruise did not go to any countries that required testing, guests that are vaccinated would not require any testing. As November 6th is the first cruise we operate roundtrip Miami, the above is purely hpyothetical, and quite possibly would change between now and 30 days prior to sailing, as requirements for Caribbean countries seem to be changing regularly.

It depends on when you are sailing, what other countries the cruise goes to before you disembark, and when you reach those countries during the cruise - so there is no easy answer to your question. For that reason, we send out detailed instructions approximately 30 days prior to the cruise with all the latest requirements for both vaccination and testing.

Good morning @Anchorbuoy - we should have those instructions out in the next couple of days - that email should have said "approximately 30 days" - not "at least", and subsequent messages have been updated. Apologies for the delay - occassionally with so many requirements changing so frequently, we need to hold instructions back for a sailing, and this is one of them while we await final word from the Canadian government.
  19. Apologies for the confusion @Portolan - you are absolutely correct that the Boarding Pass copy should have been updated effective August 1st. It will be shortly.
  20. Good morning - it is something we are working on, as we consolidate a few systems here, but given all the moving pieces involved, it will probably be mid-2023 before the ability to "opt down" in frequency becomes a reality.
