Where will the American Diner be as of October 14/24?

I have had way too many this past year to list- all with the Sun booking. you are lucky.

It does show all the items you get n the Premier package. It does not list the reservations you made.

On-board agree. pre cruise booking, problems- app, website glitches, customer service calls, chat unacceptable.

I’ve read Your posts. I would have been very upset having booked a Sanctuary balcony, Signature Suite and Vista Suite with the disruption to my cruises. Take your complaints to the top- JP and the suits who made these inconsiderate decisions. I am hearing more are to come once ship arrives ( possibly early) in Florida. Sure, some are saying they were not affected and others were. You have a right to complain. Be kind

Listen, you have contributed above and beyond on this forum to our benefit from well before the Sun started sailing. I am so grateful for your help and sharing. Princess, and the buck starts at the top, is responsible for the changes and total disregard for those paying passengers who were ripped off recently. ( and it continues). I’ve found that handy feature on here so I don’t have to see some posts. I’ll check out your Brits on a ship…

I booked 2 cruises on that 3day sale and each gave us $900 US OBC- but, I did get an excellent fare that I can’t see them dropping much more. Pick carefully, as it clearly says non refundable deposit-$99 pp.

Thanks for confirming it isn’t just me. I had quite a talk with the staff who called me a few days ago and told her I was aware of many others who had the same messages as I was getting. I expect the Premier might have a limit, as I can only see 2 SD offered for my dates. Doesn’t matter to me as I paid to dinner at Love for 2 nights- atleast that one shouldn’t be under construction. And I have almost enough free OBC to purchase Plus on the ship. We won’t qualify for the double captain credits.

Well, what do you know? My app & website is currently being corrected after 5 months. Still cannot purchase a package, but tells me to contact TA. so there's hope for others...

OMG! NO FREEBIES, but the app & website has corrected these errors after 5 months. My booking offers me to purchase a PLUS package, but then tells me to contact my travel advisor to do it. It no longer says "You've purchased a Premier package."

I did not buy a package. Blocked from buying one, but my app & website keep going between my having the old and the new premier package. They can’t/ won’t fix it and I have to wait until I get on ship to buy a package if I want one. It is not a free upgrade. probably OPs is error too

Saw on fb- passenger says can no longer trade mini bar set up and it is canned cocktails. Not sure this is for real

The smaller, private restaurant, separate suite area of Sanctuary were my main reasons for trying out this ship. When I read they closed dining area & sanctuary for private events yesterday, I dropped any expectations I had for a special new experience. We will still enjoy the cruise. We rarely get food or drinks delivered, so not at all worried about that.

I no longer have any expectations after reading about last few days.

Same for me last 5 months. Sometimes I get in. Most times so get that same message.

Same. I now have 3 nights that will be walk in only to whatever is available. If they close the Sanctuary restaurant for private groups, maybe we will go more to the buffet. Even though I have had contact with Princess staff who knew what they were dealing with, they never said if/ when my app/ website issues will be fixed. I guess we will see on October 19 th.

W.Star— fb roll call for October 19 th, a very pleasant lady posted that she is a travel agent and was part of a large travel agency group. The agency has also had a thread on fb with other sponsored cruises.Cannot mention names on here. voljeep mentioned the Bears group is on-board October 26 th.

Let’s hope the TA passengers get better treatment. Fb post says 1000 workers will be added onboard in Southampton for the TA.( cannot verify). Maybe October 14 th cruise and those after will be a more enjoyable, less disruptive vacation.
