  2. If I were on a ship right now, I’d show the screenshots above from the Discovery today, to the GS on my ship. This is from the Ocean concierge OB and you can purchase any of them. Totally messed up, all the ships should be the same. These packages are new, because it also shows the Coffee and Soda package and it’s NOT $39.99 per day like the website says… it is $19.99 a day. They really need to get it together.

  14. If you booked directly with PCL, otherwise you have to call your TA/CVP. Unless, of course it’s urgent! Like this weekend. Then, you should call PCL.
  15. Not good. What do the baristas say about the New Grounds (15) Coffee package? Is it really discontinued? Did they give you options for your mini bar switch on Monday? Had planned to switch it for 2 coffee packages. Ugh.. TIA
  16. I would call PCL on Monday morning after 6 am PT. This may be an account issue they can fix for you. You may have several accounts, that they need to merge. Never try to link accounts or bookings and never register after you have an account. Try signing in with your name, dob and booking number, not your user name and Password. Or, to see your current booking, use the downloaded App instead. If you just show the sail date, it will be a long time, they work by date of travel.
  17. If your flight was cancelled the airline may be able to get you out of another airport, if you’re close enough to drive to it? Or can EZAir fly you to the next port?
  18. Absolutely, the airlines must make sure you have the right documentation to enter any foreign country they are delivering you to, or face stiff fines.

  21. Thank you for that. My intention was to alert those on Enhanced voyages, that there are updates on the website now. We’ve been waiting for this. Hopefully, the other Enhanced voyages will be updated/corrected soon.
