In the Bamboo room on Navigator on my last cruise a couple came and took up the last three seats at the bar. One for each of them and they set their car seat carrier thing with their baby in it next to me. They proceeded to down shots. We actually hadn't left port on embarkation day. I should have called CPS.

Really! After the Alaska season it must have done a one way to Hawaii and then another oneway trip coming back to Vancouver. I never noticed that itinerary at all. That is unusual.

Its available through Royal's cruise planner again now as well. Word is they reopened at the end of July

What ship are you on? Knowing that might get recent cruisers to chime in. Navigator of the Seas and Oasis of the seas have very good over the last 12 months.

Navigator starts with those synchronized drones as well. I can't remember the what the music was though.

The ice shows are my favorite entertainment onboard the ship. I haven't been been on Explorer yet but my favorites so far are Liberty and Navigator. Oasis was good but not as good as the others and I can't remember Adventure, it was to long ago... Dec 2019. My memory only goes back a little ways after that it all blurs together. I had a photographic memory but I ran out film when I was 7.

I am familiar with all the Canadian dialects but that isn't one of them.

You are right... that does sound like they got the months mixed up. Either way Radiance is westbound in Sept and eastbound in May.

I'd say they reversed the direction. Radiance would have been in Vancouver and heading down under. I think they just mistyped what happened. Radiance would have just been completely her Alaska season

I only play at the table and not the machines so I have never been able to take out a second $500. But that is good for me. I don't really want to lose more than $500 on a weeks cruise. I'm not a high roller just a player for fun.

I'm hoping we get a cover band too... There have been hints that Royal is bringing back cover bands but no official sign yet. They were advertising for them as recently as a month ago on EntertainersWorldwideJobs.com.

So far all that is on Harmony is a group called A-Groove band. No sign of a cover band yet.

Yeah that 91.99 looks like my Icon sailing. I'm not really looking seriously anymore. I'm good with my Diamond drinks and just paying cash for the one beyond that. But on Harmony I have a few teenage GK's that will want to have a couple mocktails a day so I'm going to gift those to them and get myself the DBP. I know that isn't the most economical way to do things but it gives me and excuse to buy the DBP again. At $67.99 I think I can make it pay. 🙂

I suspect you are right. On my next two cruises, both on Harmony, it dropped to 67.99 from 72.99. It has been as high 77.99. I don't expect anything better than 65.99 on Black Friday. Even that is a long shot I fear.

Nobody knows but with the way things are going these days I wouldn't expect more than $5 or $6 per day at the next Black Friday sale.

I was a Chops fan but the last few cruises I have enjoyed Giovanni’s more. If you are only choosing one go with Giovanni’s.
