Most definitely. We usually enjoy a couple free drinks and some decent meals or snacks depending on flight time. Eric is 6'3" and he really appreciates the leg room in first class.

Hopefully it is something as simple as replacing the belt

Fly first class! I was stuck in the middle seat on a flight to FLL and Never again will I do that. The lady that was next me in the Aisle seat was so annoying the whole ride. Kept moving around, talking to herself, babbling away. On our flight home we decided to both sit in aisle seats to avoid one of us being stuck in the middle.

We do exactly the same as you. Free drinks we receive from vouchers or when in casino we always tip cash. We also give room steward cash tip. Sometimes I do this early on in the cruise and some stewards then go above and beyond with their service. If we order room service for breakfast, we love having on our balcony, I will tip them extra if they arrive on time.

I forgot about shorthand. I took that course in High School. I used for one secretarial job I had while attending college in mid 80s. I'll have to see if I remember shorthand.

For several years now, we have always enjoyed the filet at Giovannis and lots of other delicious dishes. Their deserts, and Canolis are always good😀

Since this was a planned port stop were people allowed to leave the cruise area after they went through customs? If yes, I would have gone somewhere other than hanging out for unknown amount of time.

As far as bad wifi signal. How is the weather? is the ship connected to starlink or ship satellite for internet this week? Internet can be hit or miss in a cabin, depending on your location and distance from the repeater or whatever it is called. Did you try to take your laptop to the computer room or library and see if internet is any better there? Try turning off the device when you relocate to the new location so it truly reconnects to where you are physically located. Good luck!

I have worked with VPN's onboard many royal caribbean ships over the years. The one and only time I had an issue was this past January on Anthem where our VPN was not connecting. After a couple calls to my IT team at corporate and IT people for Royal they worked out a solution and my last 4 cruises this year I had VPN access on each one. So Royal does not necessarily block your VPN, it could be another issue with firewall, etc. Another option, you may want to ask your employer's IT Dept if they can set up a travel by pass for your VPN or use something like OpenVPNconnect. We used this when we were in the UK.

If I remember correctly you walk down the pier, make a left, go over the bridge and you should see several hammocks in this general area (the straw market would be on your right) and a little further is Chill Island beach loungers etc.

on recent cruises I was able to use my DH's drink vouchers to get either him or myself something when I was out of vouchers. I wonder if this new system will no longer allow someone to use their spouses vouchers, if the spouse is not right there.

kitty claws are the worst - they are like razor blades when digging into your skin. Hopefully he learns soon not to do that.

Everyone tells me I am speed typist on my desktop or laptop but I am a one finger typist on my phone too. I am always amazed when I see the younger generation fingers fly across their phones.

Did you try shutting down your phone, wait at least 10 seconds then turn back on and try to login then to CC thru chrome? I read on another thread this worked for someone else. Disregard, I see Mema already suggested this.

I agree, unless I am napping or there is a glare on a 😃screen we will leave our shade open at least half way up as I always enjoy looking out. Kinda like watching the ocean while sitting on your balcony

WOW! It's been a year already. Time does fly when you are having fun😃 I was magically able to get on CC from work computer today. Did nothing special today, just logged in and it worked!

It was far too much hassle to get my PA license as a Real ID so I gave up when I did the renewal in June of this year and will just use my passport as needed until I have time to drive an hour one way to go to SS office and get a new SS card ( I was unable to request new card online).
