    We were unable to drop our hand luggage off in our stateroom on our July Regal cruise out of Southampton. The staterooms were ready around 1 pm.

    We sailed the Med in October a few years ago. The weather was fabulous. We also had very calm water the whole 12 night cruise

    Our medallions came from Singapore by Fed Ex. Arrived 2 days before we departed the US. 7 days before the sailing date.

    We just did a 12 day cruise on the Regal with the premium package. I checked our account on the app daily. We had no extra charges. Also you can use the crew chat to get questions answered.

    Boarded the Regal in Southampton on July 7. No one looked at bar codes or boarding times. It was very quick and easy, we were on board before 11 am. Rooms were available around 1 pm. Not able to drop hand luggage at room before they were ready.

    Those seats are for anyone who purchased the Premium package. Has nothing to do with loyalty level or stateroom type.

    I believe he will be land based with Princess. He will be missed. I loved his “Welcome back, Welcome home “ on port days.

    Unfortunately due to protests about a barge being brought in to house immigrants we missed that port. We were on the July 7-19 cruise. Sad for the passengers and all the people port side who lost out on the revenue.

    We were on the previous sailing. It was Captain Stringers last. He announced that and had a lovely farewell to his whole crew. He mentioned during the Captains cocktail meet and greet that he will now be land based.

    When using EZAir make sure you are actually ticketed. Get the ticket numbers for the airlines for both outbound and return. You can double check on the airline website by pulling up your reservation by the ticket number.

    We left Southampton on July 7. We had our medallions as did many other passengers. Southampton was extremely organized and efficient.

    Boarded in Southampton, only wanted to see if we had green lane. Check in was fast and efficient, on board before 11 am

    Roaming around Giants Causeway was an amazing experience. It was a must for me, being a huge Zep fan.

    In my case yes, it was added to the final payment. It does change the price of insurance if you have the Princess protection. Other people have advised that it is the same price if you purchase on embarkation day. Then it would not add to your insurance price.

    Our experience was once it is picked up by FedEx, it only took 3 days to arrive. You should be able to track the progress. Ours arrived on the expected delivery date.
