  1. Not quite. The roommate can go to many Elite events, like the breakfast. But wouldn’t get the laundry benefit or the coffee benefit at Cafe Al Bacio or the happy hour drinks
  2. It should not be a violation. You are boarding in Florida, disembarking in Alaska so a DISTANT foreign port is needed. not just any foreign port but a DISTANT foreign port as defined in the law now, in order for the first leg from Florida to California to be legal, you must be visiting a distant foreign port, presumably Colombia. That takes care of it for the entire itinerary. call back and ask to speak to a supervisor
  3. Try asking on the current Roll Call. They are most likely to have up to date communications.
  4. I don’t know where you got the idea that they assigned the room Steward to another task if one of the passengers has signed up for go green.????
  5. They begin to release new itineraries in November and continue through December and the first of the year so it could be anytime within that timeframe
  6. I have always received mine although sometimes they are delayed by a week or two
  7. Emails have been sent to booked passengers and travel agents. I would not expect a power up activity on this news
  8. I think the point is that it isn’t a simple question. There are just too many factors involved.
  9. I don’t know what it is that you want to do. Are you trying to purchase the zero proof package and having some difficulty doing so? What is the issue and maybe someone here can help.
  10. Link your reservations together. You will need each other’s booking information, room number etc. your travel agent can do it or you can link them yourselves on the app.
  11. While the Wi-Fi is usually reliable, sometimes it goes down for no apparent reason. It could be your geographical location, it could be a system failure, it could be anything. You are just not guaranteed of 100% creativity when you need it. Yes it is usually OK but if it’s that critical that you have online access, you may need to reevaluate your plans.
  12. Luggage direct is a different thing. I think that’s what it’s called on Holland America. What you are asking about on Celebrity is called luggage valet. And yes it is offered in Fort Lauderdale.
  13. Zenith is the highest level of Captains Club. So not applicable in your case. kettles are generally placed in state rooms on cruises out of Southampton. For other cruises, you can ask you shouldn’t be surprised if they tell you that they aren’t available.
  14. Generally not. But you can discuss the next days option each night at dinner and they often can come up with “off nenu” options
  15. That’s an e class ship— the OP will be in an S class ship
  16. In general, the specialty restaurants are not open for lunch. Maybe once a cruise there might be a special lunch in one of them, but it would not be bookable ahead of your cruise sushi does not require reservations.
  17. On embarkation day, the main dining room is not open for general passengers, only for concierge class and Zenith
  18. Sydney has always required that all passengers must leave the ship on turn around day.
  19. Every charter has its own rules. Some include drinks, packages some don’t, etc.
  20. They do offer lunch occasionally, but I would say it is unpredictable. You might see signage indicating that lunch is being served in Tuscan one day and that might be your only indication.
