  1. I had to pay a fee because the airline had a change fee. Since I had paid and was ticketed, the fee applied even though I hadn't made final payment on the cruise.
  2. Not all ships have on demand. We were on the Infinity and it hasn't been updated yet.
  3. I changed a flight on our next cruise. There was a change fee (I don't remember how much but it was nominal.) It was very easy.
  4. We were quarantined on our May/June cruise and the TV truly sucked! Not just lack of programming but intermittent service, even in port.
  5. I agree. When I worked in IT, we routinely told people to clean out their inbox.

  8. Thank you. It's working now. You've got to love Celebrity IT. I was checking to see if signing up for emails again would fix the problem of not getting personalized CC emails. Under the PUP heading it read "Click the ✉︎ SUBSCRIBE button on the top right to sign up to receive emails from us and participate in Power Up Points." It took a while but I finally found it on the upper left side.
  9. Celebrity's website has been more of a hassle lately than usual. I have to log in by hand, my autofill no longer works. Today I discovered that I can't log into the Captains Club at all. I've tried in Chrome, Firefox and on my tablet. I've stopped receiving any email from the Captains Club, include PUP emails. I get about 4 emails a day from Celebrity but none of them include my CC information. Is anyone else having this problem? How do I get my emails again?
  10. I am a night person married to a morning person but on vacation, I'm always the first one up in the morning.
  11. I read about the request on the PUP thread and checked all my email. I'm not sure what their criteria was but I didn't get the email. I don't get the PUP emails anymore either. I do get 3 or 4 marketing emails a day though.
  12. Both of my Oceania bookings have refundable deposits and I picked my cabins.

  16. The actually haven't come up with an offer yet. The manager I spoke with wanted to know what I would settle for. I'm hoping to hear from her soon, I'm starting to lose sleep over this.
  17. "Fat finger discounts" are never enforceable, but that's not what this is. I asked for cruise with AI, I was told it was a cruise with AI and the invoice says a cruise with AI. I've got it in writing at a fair price, what more do I need?
  18. If all they did was say it, it wouldn't be that solid. I have 5 email confirmations from the TA and they all say that AI is included.
  19. The invoice from the TA clearly said that it includes the AI. As I understand it, the problem is that the booking with Celebrity confirmation doesn't show it.
  20. The TA is based in Washington state. There is no record on Celebrity website about the AI being included but it's been that way in the past.
  21. We're on a cruise next March with anytime dining and were able to book our preferred time last week.
  22. Mine says 86 days. Can that be right? Last day to pay 20-Jun-24 and cruise is 18-Sep-24 for my Bermuda cruise. My Transatlantic last day is 23-Nov-24 and embarkation day is 22-Apr-25 (151 days). The Bermuda cruise was booked about 10 days ago.
