On my last cruise it was a free for all but I think that was an isolated occurrence.

The execution of the "new and old" packages is horrendous. In some cases people with the old package are limited to what they bought at the time, and other cases it doesn't matter. I had the old package, called my Princess rep to get the new package and she quoted me a price that was lower than what I originally paid for the old package, so I was happy.

I buy inexpensive AirTag holders that work perfectly. They cost me about $1.20.

One thing I have found to make websites work better in general is the use the private browser. That way any cookies you have will not affect the behavior of the site. I was trying to login to a medical records portal and I kept getting rejected. Then I tried in the private browser and I got in on the first shot. Also if you use a VPN, that causes a lot of issues logging in. Not sure if any of that helps but worth a try.

I found this out a few cruises ago and remember now to screenshot the descriptions and booked listing a week before the cruise. The shore excursions are listed in your travel summary but you will not be able to see the descriptions. I guess they have them at the shore excursion desk but I rarely find them to be helpful or knowledgeable. I’ve needed to have the description a few times when the tour operator did not follow through on the stated description of the shore excursion.

Exactly. The still water brand will vary by ship and ship location. It was Crystal Geyser on my last cruise as I recall.

They may be confusing the beverage packages with the plus/premier packages. It would be odd if the plus/premier package offer differed if bought online.

Curious, I had a similar experience two years ago. In general I think any cruise line has issues, I’d give them another shot. The issue I had was Princess listed two different port agents. When I was brought it to there attention they were very dismissive and said I had nothing b to worry about as the island is small and nothing could go wrong. Nothing did in my case but I didn’t like their cavalier attitude towards safety.

When I was on, the manager was Josko who was very good and went out of his way to help. I’m not sure what happened in your case but either the current restaurant manager or the hotel manager should be able to sort it out.

When I find a lower price onboard I’ve been able to get it for the lower price be asking. It’s only happened on to me. I guess you can always cancel and just re-book it.
