I was on a RCL Ship. We had a specialty dining meal. We each had the cheesecake, the pieces were HUGE ( 2x the size of Princess’s). I am sure the 4 of us had a whole cake. After the meal, we could only each take a few bites of the cheesecake. The waiter said “I can wrap them up for you”, our reply “when would we eat it when there is so much food offered”.

I took National Express to Dover Ferry Terminal then a taxi to the hotel. I stayed at Premier Inn Ferry Terminal in Dover. A short taxi ride to the dock the next dock. Ask the hotel to prebook a taxi for the next day. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel. If you walk through their parking lot, you are at the water front. If visiting the Dover Castle, take a taxi and ask for taxi phone # or set a time to return.

Glad I had not purchased WiFi through the app, it might be hard to get a refund. Last time when I purchased WiFi I called in as it wasn’t on the app then

When I went back to the MedallionClass app, my picture shows blue instead of black for Elite for all 4 cruises. Ordering the Medallion, it shows black. The price is not the Elite price. The exchange rate is $1.29, When I am ready to purchase I will call to get the correct price.

I am planning on a 32 day cruise. These are the prices on my MedallionClass app. 1 device is $412.48 Canadian 4 devices are $825.28 Canadian For $0.32 more I get 4 devices unless Princess increases the price before I purchase

Normally I have 1 device, log in and then log out to use either my Ipad or phone at different times. On my cruise I will not have Plus, I am purchasing 4 devices for myself and cabin mate as it is cheaper than 2 separate 1 device. We will each have 2 devices. If I remember correct, you log in with your birthday, cabin number? How does having 4 devices each work?

Going on 32 day Hawaii & South Pacific April 2024. I think you are also on it. There is already a Roll Call for this cruise. We cruised together on the 12 day British Isles in 2013 together.

Princess site still shows the Majestic August 20 for booking.

I know that some on the older ships had moving roof over the main swimming pool. Does the Sapphire have that roof?

I would be on the phone to Princess or your agent right away to find out why. . Post here when you know anything I a curious too why it would be cancelled. I am on the Majestic August 27, I am getting on when you were getting off.

I am Canadian. Will be flying Toronto to Vancouver Friday, August 26. Alaska cruise - August 27, Vancouver, Canada to Sept 3, Whittier, Alaska . The ship has all USA ports. I will fill out ArriveCAN 72 hrs (Wednesday) before arriving back to Vancouver Canada. Fly - Sept 3, Anchorage to Vancouver, 3 hr layover, Vancouver to Sept 4, Toronto. I don’t think I need to fill out the ArriveCAN, since I am Canadian and not stopping in any Canada ports. Am I correct??

If going from London to Southampton on embarkment day, check out - www.internationalfriends.co.uk They only go on embarkment and disembarkment days from certain London hotels, LHR hotels with a stop at Stonehenge then dropped off at Southampton dock. If staying in London post cruise, they pick you at the Southampton dock, stop at Salisbury, Stonehenge and Windsor then drop you off at the door of your London hotel, LHR hotel.

It doesn’t hurt to fill ArriveCAN before Vancouver

Canada is only on embarkment day. All the other ports are USA and disembarkment is USA.

Alaska cruise August 27- Sept 3 Will do Covid test Thursday to board the ship on Saturday We fly from Toronto to Vancouver on the Friday Ship leaves Vancouver to Whittier on Saturday 3 days Wednesday will do ArriveCAN Fly home - Anchorage to Vancouver - 3 hr layover - Vancouver to Toronto Am I correct that I only need to do ArriveCAN on the Wednesday on my return to Canada?

Have to test for my August 27 cruise then no test for my two 2023 cruises unless something changes.

For the 3 day sale, was it only for America cruises 2022 & 2023? Looking at 2024 Hawaii.

When I went on the train, we had to hold up our passports up as a Canadian immigration officer passed by. He saw my Canadian passport and said “welcome home”.
