  1. Well, I just responded to the New Zealand post. Forum threads are dynamic, and content is not only for the OP. And the thread title is "Request for a Cruise Meal Box for Excursions".
  2. If you travel to the EU from a non-EU country, you are not allowed to bring any meat or dairy products with you. You can however bring a limited quantity of fruit and vegetables as well as eggs, egg products and honey. https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/travel/carry/meat-dairy-animal/index_en.htm Mars and Snickers? Ok. Salami sandwich? No.
  3. Australia: https://www.abf.gov.au/entering-and-leaving-australia/can-you-bring-it-in/categories/food New Zealand: https://www.mpi.govt.nz/bring-send-to-nz/bringing-and-posting-items-to-nz/how-to-declare-items-when-arriving-in-nz/
  4. I would strongly recommend a fixed-wing flight, they are much less expensive than helicopter flights. https://www.wingsoverkauai.com/ Wings Over Kauai Air Tours is located at Lihue Airport. Easy to get there from the ship.
  5. With 100% certainty there is Coke Zero on the Royal Princess. 😄
  6. Same in Oz, New Caledonia, Vanuatu and Fiji by the way.
  7. One I saw some religious stuff on a door. And I really don't want to see that on a cruise ship.
  8. Yes, but only if you drink 4 of those premiums daily on the entire cruise. 😉
  9. In this case with alibi I ment a petty excuse.
  10. It looks like a small alibi pool at most, for all the people inside and outside of the dome.
  11. And what is so sad about it? You only pay the difference from your included 15$ drink. TBH, who cares about one or two extra dollars, if you want the drink you like.
  12. It's not new to the fleet. https://thedomesticrebel.com/2017/10/18/the-ruby-princess-milky-way-martini/
  13. This current cruise is sold out at around 3,7xx pax. Not the maximum number of beds limit the pax, its usually the number of seats in the lifeboats. So 4,300 is only theoretical. And there are enough cruisers who just don't go to production shows. I think capacity 1,000 is fine. Well let's see...
  14. Where did you get this information from? The Medallion works fine without any app. More than you think. A lot of people don't even use their cellphone the entire cruise. Yes 10:30 is also my favorite time to show up at the pier, when the cruise leaves at 4 pm. Some cruises usually leave at 7 pm tho. In Auckland or in Buenos Aires. Or Rome.
  15. It's not the best descision to do so. The website shouldn't have less functionality than the smartphone apps. And it should show all the required information. Anytime. Boarding times? Only on the app. Buying a WiFi plan? Only on the app. Dinner reservations? Extra web interface needed or - in the app.JourneyView - only in the app. But at least the 2 apps seem to work fine now. Except for the loading times of the new app. Haha.
  16. I used the old app. Maybe in the new app they changed it. No, I couldn't find it there. In the last cruises, it was shown there.
  17. It means that you pick up your Medallion at the port. MedallionClass Boarding: Your OceanReady Pass will become available on the Princess Cruises® App 11 days prior to the start of your cruise. The app will then show you the Check-in Window: You can find that info here: https://www.portofgalveston.com/DocumentCenter/View/3308/2024-Monthly-UPDATED-192024 Looks like the Regal always uses Cruise Terminal 28 in Galveston.
  18. If a half indoor pools counts, yes 😄
  19. You truly visited the "Advanced Buffet Tactics Class". 😎
  20. Yes, that happened to me as well. 🤣 And I was at the washer no later than 3 minutes after the clock finished.
  21. Coral, Island, Grand, Diamond, Sapphire and Majestic.
  22. Remember this is upcharge, so basicaly you pay the difference between the included meals and the premium stuff. So yes, 45 USD (plus the new 18% service charge) seems a lot to me.
  23. Yes I heard of that before. 😕
  24. 45 is too much unless they ment AUD. Even then it's much.
