Unfortunately, I don't know a lot about coins. There are books in the library that will give "appraisals." However, the rating system is something I never understood. You may already know this, but: Do a lot of research on exactly what your coins are and approximate values. Don't go to one of those places that "buy silver, gold, coins, silver plate," etc. If you sell to a coin dealer, understand that what your coin is worth and what they will buy it for are 2 different things. You will be offered a wholesale price (they have to make money too). Hope this info helps.

Room looks awesome. You could probably make a few bucks on the side and rent out some of your extra space to others. Just sayin'.

To help getting rid of tjose jalapenos: I make a schmeer of cream cheese, jalapeno, grated pepper jack cheese (or cheddar but we like it spicy), crispy bacon bits and green onions. Mix well. Sorry, I don't measure. Spread this over boneless chicken and bake. You can add some panko on the top the last 10 min for a little crunch. Big yum.
