I did read that he is in training to do the climb. We saw a docu-series a few years ago (Discovery Channel maybe?) that showed how strenuous it was to do the climb. Very interesting.

That's true. I just thought his texts were nasty and in that moment I considered him scuzzy. I am changing my perception as the episode continues. I think he's very vulnerable.

Quoting myself... Difficult to see Dave breakdown. On one of the gossip sites I read, apparently after they finished filming this season he broke his back. He hasn't revealed how.

I am. Raygun's exit was dull. Dave's turning out to be a real scuzzball. This season is not too exciting. Scenery is beautiful.

Did you stay at the ES on 17th & Cordova? We like to stay at the Holiday Inn Express which I think is next door. We love this area. So many restaurants and Publix is right there, all within walking distance.

I delayed, too. That might be part of the problem. I just grabbed a glass of wine. That should take the sting off!

Today was not a good day for one of us in this household. Yesterday we had our 2nd booster of Moderna. We're on the Harmony this November so the booster will have plenty of time to percolate before we leave. John had no reaction at all. He hasn't reacted to any of the shots except just a bit sore around injection site. Me... not so lucky. Tummy likes to do that somersault thing whenever I move. We went up to bed about 4 am and at 6 I got nasty chills that lasted about 6 hours. My joints are so sore from all that abuse. Still doing the somersault thing too. A wild storm blew through during the night which was oddly comforting. Got in a little nap this afternoon, after watching 3 Days of the Condor for about the 20th time. I'm starting to feel better so I should be ready to go tomorrow. John was so concerned...he got take out for dinner for us.

I haven't seen this addressed yet.... I have a b2b booked. First leg is 5 days, 2nd is 8 days. From what I understand, Royal is not testing for the 2nd leg. Correct? With this new announcement am I also correct that I don't need to be tested for either leg?
