I always called it Kennel Cough. And it was always prevalent on TA's. Sudafed was a hot commodity. I suppose now it will be covid.

Oh. It's really fine. No wonder it breaks down. But I bet it looks nice and easier to rake I don't think they sell Preen or Amaze here anymore. We like the chunk/chip mulch. It is interesting how landscape trends vary in different parts of the US. We have to use bags because there is no other way to get it up the stairs on the hill. (Hence, 3 years ) And we use rubber mulch in this awkward little strip at the top of the hill. Because we don't want to ever replace it.

Our kitchen remodel is FINALLY supposed to start on Monday with the cabinet refacing. They last minute delayed it by a week, which meant we had to put off the backsplash people. And now THEY can't be here until early June. They sent an email today: Ensure that you or your adult representative are available during the installation. This absolutely cracked me up. Maybe because it is California....But how many underage minors are out there arranging kitchen remodels.?

OH NO! Well, crud about Mike. It is too bad you can't rewind this whole 6-day cruise. -
Vision of the Seas - Suite Perks/Drink Package
Coralc replied to Bandrigo's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Not really. -
That's what I have! Runny nose and a wet drippy cough. I don't know if it is a souvenir from the cruise or something I picked up here.

Not yet. But I don't see why it wouldn't work. IHealth monitored seems to be off the table for now. We have a lot of 'free' covid tests that are FDA approved and listed as acceptable by them. If testing is still required in September, that is probably who we will use.

Do the crew members still need toiletries and such?
Coralc replied to baileymouse's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Funny, quick story. Many years ago, on Song of America, we were on the shuttle bus back to port from one of the Mexico port stops. The Activities Director boarded carrying this huge (kind of heavy) box, that he put down in the seat next to him. He was right in front of us, and I asked what it was. He said, "Mexican tiled sink". After further conversation, he had collected about 30 of them, and he was storing them in an empty crew cabin next to his own. He planned to sell them when he returned to the UK. I've always wondered how that turned out. -
Me, Myself & I, First Solo Live Cruise on Allure…May 8-14

We are looking forward to hearing more about your cruise. How was dinner with your new friends? Hopefully you are out enjoying the evening as well. -
The first 2 are legal because you are sailing and disembarking at a foreign port. Then embarking at a foreign port and returning to (the same ) US port. There is no transporting between 2 different US ports. If there was such a thing, you could sail from Seattle to Vancouver on one cruise, and then Vancouver to Seattle on your next.

I believe it would be acceptable. San Juan is specifically mentioned in the PVSA as an exception and for some reason gets to skate on the requirements. Our last Panama Canal cruise was San Juan to San Diego and our most foreign port was Guatemala. The others were Mexico. And obviously the NJ to San Juan with ABC stops is a legal sailing. Nice itinerary!

FCC or refund and cancel/no show question
Coralc replied to the fish's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Always take the refund if that is an option. Cash provides many more opportunities of your own choosing rather than a future cruise credit. RCL was providing a 25% bonus on FCC's for a while, which lured many into accepting them. -
That does sound really bad. The ones we have participated in have always seemed to have friendly participation. I never really paid attention to the card thing. And I can't imagine taking all that money to another game. It should have been redistributed.
-
I never thought about it, but it doesn't really matter to me. I never earn enough points on my own to receive any perks, so if my buy in helps someone else receive benefits, that's fine with me. Or each person could insert their own card for their play?

Add or change my credit card on file for upcoming cruise

If it is not on Edit Check-in on the app, you can ask them to change it when you physically check in at the pier.- 1 reply
