Sailing out of Baltimore on Carnival Pride May 12
grima625 replied to IMANOT's topic in Carnival Cruise Lines
Carnival has been providing transportation from and to Baltimore if your cruise doesn’t sail from there. You just have to sign up for it ahead of time. -
We did one on the Paradise in January. We met at the designated place and time. They walked us out and down to the customs area. We stood in front of the facial recognition screen, and then turned around and got back on the ship with our new S&S cards. I don’t remember seeing anyone from customs, but I’m sure they were around. Enjoy your cruises!

I’ll be following along. I like the lamps and charging options. We were on Glory last year, and there were no USB ports beside the bed. -

Looking forward to your review. If I remember correctly, you were following someone else on this same itinerary a few months back. I hope to do a west coast cruise too someday. -

It’s that time of year when the fog in Tampa Bay can be bad. The Carnival Pride has just now turned into the channel for its return.

B2B 30th Wedding Anniversary cruise questions

That was our experience. We were in the same situation as the OP. We were surprised to get platinum cards on the first leg of the B2B. -

If your 2 cruises are linked, then you should be platinum when you get on the first cruise. We were in the same situation years ago, and we’re pleasantly surprised to have platinum cards when we got on. Check to see what your boarding documents say. -
Thank you for taking the time to write this wonderful review. I found it late, but have enjoyed reading all of the posts. I enjoy your perspective as an Alaskan doing an Alaskan cruise. It seems you did a great job of planning to include great backup plans to use as needed. I have really loved your detailed reviews of the meals. It makes me miss all of the wonderful offerings that Carnival has. Alaska is on our bucket list to do some day. We will definitely be reviewing reviews like yours before going there. Great pictures of the beautiful scenery of Alaska. I think getting out and seeing it on hikes is the best way to experience it all.
