    We have a cruise on December 10. I'm assuming that either Nassau or Port Canaveral will be cancelled.

    I noticed on the Chops menu that it says,"please select one" in each food category. Are they enforcing that with the appetizer course? And on Jewel are they allowing you to move the BOGO to another night from day 1 or 2?

    If we decide not to do any excursion and just take a walk can you describe what the town is like where the ship docks. Is it a quaint town with shops, restaurants and other sites?

    Looking forward to going up the Fjord. What recommendations for sitting on ship as it moves along. Which side port or starboard, etc. I guess we need to do it in morning as by the time the ship leaves in the late afternoon it will be getting dark.

    Last time we booked a private Cabot Trail tour. It was nice but in our group of six couples it didn't live up to our expectations.

    They asked specifically about in bottles or cans, and I didn't remember seeing them.

    I was asked by a friend who doesn't drink soda, what types of packaged beverages can you get on the ships. Such as Snapple or fruit or teas.

    We have been to Sydney a few times and this time we are thinking of just strolling through the streets near the pier. Any streets or stores or sites to see?

    After all the comments on this thread I still have questions. Does anyone know definitively how the tips that are automatically collected are distributed to what staff members? And in what percentage per job title? And, when you give cash to an employee at the end of the cruise is it mandatory that they turn these monies in?

    Earliest aJust registered for Jewel cruise in Mid October and the earliest available time was 11:30-12. I did it very and after talking with others that registered that this was the earliest time. Has anyone else heard of this? I could understand if it was late coming into port the day before.
